A dark but touching story!
I enjoyed every second of this wonderful story! It's just the right amount of dark and mysterious while still having a great underlying theme of family love and redemption. I immediately found myself attached to both Clarissa and her Grandma, and Mr. Johnson says that- never mind. I appreciated how the story was wrapped up, and the ending especially felt very fulfilling!
The narration by the author was spectacular. I could listen to him narrate all day! He voiced all the characters in unique ways that really brought them to life! Can't recommend this enough!
